Malaysian Paradox

Never could I have expected I've seen in the last 4 days. Malaysia has felt all like a fever dream and so drastically real at the same time. Here makes me have an urgency to go out and see the lost found. The streets are filled with Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist and Animist who's religion is their life. Sadly the reality is a high majority of the people I walk by and talk to are not going to heaven. So if we pass them by who's going to reach them? If we don't become serious with what God has called us too who's to say it won't be too late. Why can't everything be "ministry"? Putting ministry in this box of only evangelizing when its in the schedule, is not what we are called to... When you surrender your life to christ, and fear him more than you could ever fear any man your "ministry time" should expand. We are called as followers of Jesus and it's not something we should take lightly. Every situation looks different and we need to love and met people how Jesus would, because even that is a ministry to who our father is! (John 14:6)

When we do things through HIS power and our ideas come FROM the Holy Spirit, life becomes more about having fear of the Lord and doing what he wants, what I want isn't important but what I carry is so important to the people around me. Here in Georgetown we can feel that the enemy doesn't want us here and we are so excited for the big things God has in store for us here and the miracles that will take place. None of us were expecting the culture to be so diverse but it is such an opportunity. I can clearly see God showing me that this is right where he wants me for this next month.
