Writing From Taiwan...

Wayyy overdue update on life, Mexico and my team...for about 2 weeks I haven't been able to figure out my password to this website! So many things have happened since my last blog, I had one of the most incredible worship nights of my life and nothing was in English, but God knew just how to communicate to me.

I got baptized and it was one of the most special days from the moment I woke up, until the moment I died to my old self and came into covenant with Jesus. So may things led up to that moment but it was the greatest feeling spiritually and having some of my new besties there with me to rejoice gave so much joy to my heart.

We celebrated Christmas together and then later found out ALL the money for everyone to go on outreach came in! In 2 weeks our school went from owing $40,000 to $0.00. (PRAISE THE LORD) Seeing the faithfulness of the Lord through this school for me and my friends has been so rewarding and just goes to show that God is a GOOD father and no respecter of any one person. Thank you so much to everyone that did their part and contributed to furthering the gospel! We are so grateful the Lord could use YOU.

While packing and saying goodbyes is a difficult thing the Holy Spirit reminded me that being where you are is so important so I didn't wish my last week in Mexico away. And it was on purpose, Wednesday for our ministry we went to a mall with our school and some of my friends from another school and God. showed. up... We started by asking if they wanted a picture, they did so we took it and Leah went to go print it so me and Val sat in the food court and talked with them. We found out they were christian but just didn't really think about him or their relationship with him.

At a time I related with this story too well. So me and Val getting to share our similar stories with this and telling them more than a "Jesus Loves You" but that he thinks about them all the time and wants to have a relationship with them, full of REAL love. They had to leave so we didn't get a chance to pray with them but after we left and went outside they came running after us and want to stay in touch and then we got to just pray direction and belonging over the girls. One of my most favorite times of evangelism for sure. But now as I'm in Taiwan after 15 hours of traveling and about to sleep and get ready for 7 more, I can not help but get excited for every person I will meet over the next 2 months! All the months of preparation are coming into play in just a few hours and I'm so expectant<3
